Who we partner with
If your business touches wildfire risk, insurance, property, or safety, there’s a fit.
Insurance carriers & MGAs
Property-level wildfire risk scoring, an insurability engine, and a carrier command center for portfolio triage and underwriting context — plus a pipeline of homeowners actively seeking coverage in high-risk markets, and tooling aligned with new score-transparency and appeal laws like Colorado HB 25-1182.
Agents & brokers
A steady flow of in-market homeowner leads — including those who’ve been non-renewed or dropped — with the risk context and mitigation story already in hand to make the conversation easier.
Fire mitigation contractors
Reach homeowners the moment they learn their property’s risk. Verified defensible-space and home-hardening demand, with mitigation packets that document the work for insurers.
Restoration companies
Be the referred pro when a homeowner is dealing with fire and smoke damage — surfaced through our restoration guides and live fire coverage in your service area.
Real estate & property management
Embed address-level wildfire risk and live conditions into listings and portfolios so buyers, renters, and owners get the full picture — and you build trust.
Government & fire agencies
Amplify your official Red Flag Warnings, fire restrictions, evacuation, and preparedness messaging to a public already on the page looking for it. We aggregate and link to your authoritative sources.

Partnership FAQ
What does a partnership with FireRisk.ai look like?
It depends on your goal. Insurers and agents typically start with qualified leads and risk context; contractors and restorers with referral demand in their service area; real estate and media with embeddable tools or a data/API license; government and fire agencies with amplification of their official messaging. Tell us what you’re trying to do and we’ll propose the right model.
Where does your data come from?
We aggregate authoritative public sources — the National Weather Service, the National Interagency Fire Center, NASA FIRMS, AirNow, DHS HIFLD, the U.S. Census, and others — and layer our own property-level risk scoring on top. We link back to official sources throughout, and we’re transparent about what’s a model estimate versus a live official feed.
Can we embed your tools or license your data?
Yes. We offer embeddable maps and risk lookups you can co-brand, and we can license risk scores and aggregated feeds via API. Reach out with your use case and we’ll scope it.
How do we get started?
